is use in a simple sentence , where subject doesn't perform any action. for instance, i am happy, you are busy, she is at home..etc these all sentence subject is not doing any work. present indefinite we use does and do, according to subject. where subject perform task. for instance he doesn't go there, i don't believe, does she speak english? these all sentences subject is doing something that's why we use.
