what is the difference between ( does Sheela is your teacher ?) and(is Sheela is your teacher) if one is incorrect...!! please let me explain why it is incorrect

your both sentences are incorrect, because you have used two helping verbs - is and does. while in one sentence only one helping verb is used. I think in first sentence, you wanted make an interrogative in simple tense. for this reason you used 'is' helping verb .but if you wish to make an interrogative sentence in simple tense , you will have to use only one helping verb and to replace 'does' from 'is' that you used in your sentence. i.e. is Sheela your teacher? Is Ravish your good friend? Is your father a teacher? etc etc.
