What is the difference between any and some?

Hi some is used in affirmative Sentences weather it's in countable or uncountable While any is used in negative and interrogative sentence

(Some) Ex-) I have some milk (uncountable ) I have bought bananas (Countable) (Any) I don't have any caps. (Countable) Do you have any milk. (Uncountable)
