It will be surely an interrogative or negative sentence. In simple present interrogative sentence or negative sentence, we use the first form of any main verb,so we use "have" with he,she,any singular subject, not has. For ex:- She has breakfast at 10 am. Does she have breakfast at 10 am? She doesn't have breakfast at 10 am.
