 because.. you should use 1. Emails. 2. 7 O' clock.. (in the morning? ..or evening ? ..am/pm..mention it)

No that's not my doubt,i'm asking about she check her email...it is a correct answer when i was choose. But here why we can't use she "checks" instead of check that's my doubt
