Has - is used in present perfect tense as a helping verb.It's also used as a main verb in simple present tense. It's used with he, she, it, any single name, singular subject. For ex:- She has already left from here. He has breakfast at 10 o' clock. It really has an attractive colour. Was - is used in simple past tense ( when there is no main verb in the given sentence) and in past continuous tense. It's used with I, he, she, it, any single name, singular subject. Ex:- Was I a good student? Ramu was reading this in the morning.
