when we use does either he or she

we use do, does for actions.... "do" is used for first person...I ,we ,you they... "does" is used for 3rd person singular...he, she ,it... person names... ex:1)she cooks well... she doesn't cook well... does she cook well?.. which item does she cook well?... 2) raman goes to school everyday.. Raman doesn't go to school everyday... does raman go to school everyday?.. why raman doesn't go to school everyday?.. but first person... 1) I cook well... I don't cook well. do I cook well.. why don't I cook well.. like this we use.... go, cook, eat...etc are actions so we use does for he, she, it...

In simple present tense when there is a main verb in the given sentence then we use "does" as a helping verb to frame a negative or interrogative sentence with third person singular pronoun (he,she,it), any single name or singular subject. For ex:- Does the boy study properly? She does not like to go anywhere.
