Sir जैसे I have got a fever. इसमे fever से पहले article "a" क्यों लगा?

 Because fever is used in this sentence as a noun that's why we can use article "a" before the word "fever". Kyu ki yaha par "fever" ka use noun ki tarah hua hai isliye article "a" fever ke pahele laga hai.
