What is difference between these and those?

These used when things are many and near and those used when things are many but far.

These - is used a for plural noun which is near to us.It's the plural form of "this". For ex:- These pens are not yours. Are these your favourite? Those - is used for a plural noun which is far away to us.It's the plural form of "that". Ex:- Those pens are yours.
