If anyone have followed you and you didn't follow back in this condition first you can send messages to your follower after that your follower will be able to text you.

No, it can't so..if we are following anyone so without following back we can't send massages..

I know that ,if person have followed me,and I don't follow back ,in that condition I can message him /her first . But my question is , without following back can he/she messge first from their side if it is possible than how ?

Same thing happened with me too. Without follow back how could he massage me?? Many people did the same thing with me. STRANGE......

Guys! I want to say that you all are right. There is a function in this app that anyone can message anyone. Someone also messaged me some days ago but I didn't notice it.But after your this post, I saw.
