"Do and does" are helping verbs which are used in negative or interrogative sentence of simple present tense. Do you like this job? (here "like" is a main verb)

Do/does - is used in simple present tense when there is a main verb in the given sentence. For ex:- Do you like to watch TV in your free time? She does not go there on Monday. * Your sentence which you've written here. That's absolutely right. In that sentence, like is a main verb. So it's been used "do" here as a helping verb.

There is no sir or mam here. All are learners. I am also a learner. so, Please don't use these words here like sir or mam. Do/Does is used in any question of Present Indefinite tense. such as : Do I watch the television? Doesn't you like me? Do I sleep?
