In simple present tense,we use both helping verbs do or does with your and it depends on the coming noun after your. If the coming noun is singular then it's used a singular verb "does" but if the coming noun is plural then it's used a plural verb "do" after it. Here, the noun is "arm", not arms.So it's singular, that's why "does" is right helping verb for it.
