what is the difference between like and love?

I think . . . like means attraction towards a person,activity or place and thinks...... and l o v e is strong long lasting feeling.... towards something special

Both are quite different. We can understand it by this fact:- * Like - You can like more than one person and if you like someone. It doesn't mean "you l0ve that person". Whereas l0ve is such a feeling that is only for someone special, not for everyone and if you l0ve someone. It means "you like that person too". According to me, this fact is only for your life partner, not for your relatives. Because mostly of us like our relatives as well as l0ve.
