Trisha is my best friend. She had a very good command on her studies and in everything.*Touch wood* she always topped in college. I also wanted to be like her.But there was one thing which was wrong with her.She felt very proud because she was very good at everything. One day, she participated in a play in the college and unfortunately she lost it.Her grandmother said, "She has *caught an evil eye*". So she will have to *cast off the evil eye*.I didn't believe in this type of *substitution*.I said to her grandmother, " Grandmother! We shouldn't believe in this type of *remedy*.".We should always believe in God's *bless*.Suddenly, a mirror fell down and broke. Then her grandmother said" I already said that something is wrong". Look! The breaking of a glass is considered as a *bad omen.I said, "Grandmother! You're wrong". It's not so anything. Then it rang the mobile. Trisha's mother received the call and it was her professor's call from her college. He said, "Sorry, mam! Your daughter won in the play with 1st rank". It was some misunderstanding that she's lost it.Now everything is clear that your daughter is the winner in the play from my college. It was very *auspicious day*, i was very happy. Then I said to her grandmother, "Look, my lovely grandmother! There is no *good omen* or *bad omen*. It depends on our work and there is also not any *magic wand*.By using which, we can get everything. Grandmother said, " You're right, my little daughter ".I also agree with you now.I'll never believe in this type of *substitution* now.

*Touch wood* My daughter is so beautiful, but one day she got ill and her fever was so high.. my sister said that she *caught a evil eye* so u shud *cast off the evil eye* with dry chili and mustard seeds.. & suggested that to get *ward of the evil eye* always use black tika in her head. But I don't believe in all these *superstitious* things.. & I didn't go for these *remedies* instead of this I went to a good Doctor and took proper treatment .. now she is well. Today it's my daughter,s exam day, I gave her curd & sugar as it's a *good omen* in hindu culture, but as she was about to start for exam one black cat *crossed the path* again my sister said wait it's a *bad omen* but she didn't listen and left for exam... She did hard work for this exam, we don't hv any *magic wand* to get something in life we need to do hard work .. Today is the *auspicious time* when result declared and with the *blessing* of elders, my daughter topped in exam... And she got admission in top collage of the state....
