agree to chhavi.... definitely we feel nice when someone upvotes and feel bad when get down votes... to keep our zeal need some positive motivation always but can't compail to anyone.... instead of discussing this just discuss new words and structure... so that with the help of all we will get many new things and will enhance our k knowledge....
