 It took 22 years to build Taj Mahal. Its construction started in 1631, which was completed in 1653. Twenty thousand workers worked to make this, in addition to India, besides the Persians and Turkic workers, Mughal emperor Shah Jahan built this tomb in memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal.
