can you tell me more about shall and would?

shall indicate future with first persons(I & we) we use it to give suggestions, offers, instructions or promises. ex.i shall go to college tomorrow (future) shall I get a pizza for dinner tonight (suggestion) that bag looks heavy.shall i carry it for you.(offer) you shall be the first person to know(promise). would is the past form of will. we use it for polite requests, offers, imaginary situations. when we it in indirect speech. ex.would you please get me a cup of coffee?(polite request) would you mind, doing some help to her(offer) if i were a bird, i would fly in the sky (imaginary situations) he told her that he would help her(reported speech)
