can somebody please tell me where to use 1)has and had 2) neither and nor

has = third person singular form of "have" which means to "possess"something ex...he has a car (at present) had = past form of "have" ex...i had a bicycle ( in the past but not at present) neither...nor : we use these conjunctions to connect two or more negative alternatives. ex. I like neither tea nor coffee... it means you don't like both tea and coffee...

Has: present tense..Eg: He has a dog. it's now Had: past tense...Eg: He had a dog. and it was . And Neither/nor ... It's usually used to same sentence like this Eg: Neither he studies nor works. Here he is not doing anything.. studies or work.... .......... Okay.........
