Yes and no hahaha. You can but is probably you make mistakes because grammar teaches you the rules of English (how to speak it)

Obviously, yes you can speak english without grammar..but in this case there is a condition that you should be from such as place. there everyone speaks english day and night. by listening to english, you can speak better english. but if you are not such place then can't and after that you will have to strong your grammar.

you can speak with confidence and correct English with grammar, but you should try to speak with as much as you know grammar, it's better to speak without grammar rather than not speak

But if you are learning a language you must have to learn all grammatically rules , After practicing a lot you can speak English like a native speaker . Basic awareness is essential without grammar flawless english is impossible. Besides learning grammar, spend daily one hour in reading news paper and short story books prescribed for class 1 to 5 then you can pick up English very easily.
