I want to know about Gerund & infinitive verb form. & how to use all that verb?

Gerund is nothing but "v1 + ing". it is used as subject or object of the sentence. ex.. smoking is injurious to health. I hate telling lies. infinite is nothing but "to + v1". It is also used as subject or object of the sentence. it is used only for unreal and abstract actions that will happen in the future. ex..I would like u to think something about it. To err is human , to forgive is divine.

I am also want to know about this.
