We can use ‘have and has’ in Present perfect & Present perfect continuous tenses. and has goes with singular & have with Plural, Examples:- 1) I have eaten an apple. (Present perfect tense) 2) She has eaten a bread. (Present perfect tense) 3) We have been eating mangoes. (Present perfect continuous tense) 4) He has been eating bananas. (Present perfect continuous tense)

Has is used only with third person singular number. And have is used with all other subjects.
