It's World Health Day today.. Here are some tips to help you stay fit.. (These all are already experienced, so don't doubt)

* L0VE Yourself- Self Iove is the best way to stay healthy. If you'll Iove yourself, you'll tend to care yourself. *Do Exercise/Yoga- It's very important to do regular exercise. Pick whatever you like- Gym, Aerobics, Walking, Jogging, Yogaa. I'll recommend Yoga. This is very simple and beneficial. *Consume lots of water- Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water. It will detox your body. *Go Vegetarian- No..no.. I'm not preaching about your eating habit but most of dietitian and scientists consider vegetarian diet more helpful. The world is turning Vegan now. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. *Be Positive- See always good in all the things.. I used to be positive but now I'm unable to say more about it. *Smile Often- Try to laugh as much as you can. It will reduce your tension. *Use your phone as less as possible- Everybody knows phones are destroying our focus and health. So cut the using time. *Go social in real life- It's better to interact with people around you than using social media which causes destruction only. Be healthy with these. If you are already fit then stay healthy.. Have a good day..
