here no option to accept or reject.. anyone can follow u same u can follow to anyone. u can follow bk to ur follower as well to click on option 'follow back'

You can follow anyone without his/her permission. If he follow back you will get a notification.You can see follow and follower list on your profile.

Simply .....If someone follows you then you'll get a notification ,if you want to follow back then tap on "Follow back "button .
