No, I don't think so.. Having a good name not at all indicates that the person is having good qualities as his name has... People always remember our good deeds but not our names...It doesn't matter whether u have a good name or bad name... Ultimately what all matters is maintaining good personality, being kind, helpful, loveable, loyal to elders....

no ....."A Name" never suggest a person..... sometimes name is contrast the behave of a person....so I don't think that "A Name " suggest a person....
