As far as I'm concerned, HE is the best app to learn English. I have been using this app for the last nine months. We can improve our English in the practice section wherein news, articles, audios, videos, games are available to hone our English skills. Ofcourse it is the best option for Masters in English to learn English. I'm also a master in English. To be frank, it helped me a lot to get fluency in English. We can chat in the forum with our friends and we send our opinions, thoughts, queries and doubts so that we can gain knowledge. So, finally what all I can say is it is one of the useful apps to the new learners.

It's helpful if you give attention only learning.
