To be honest, there is no such lesson. Knowledge of grammar can only make you good in language not in speaking. It won't help you if you don't use it in your day to day life.. You have to do constant efforts for that level. Make a habit of using English in your conversations. Practise daily.. Keep learning from everywhere.. This is the only way to be fluent in speaking English.
