what is the sentence formation if one sentence is in past and another is in future?

There is no need for any particular pattern. You can mix as many tenses you want as per need in a sentence. for example . Although I was sick yesterday, I am fine today and as per program I will attend the seminar tomorrow. (past , present and future )
