Correct pronunciation is tough thing . I tell you what to do. 1. Buy a good pronunciation dictionary . 2. Learn syllables 3. Learn phonetics symbols for vowels and consonants.( monophthongs and diphthongs) 4. Learn rules regarding stressed and unstressed syllables. 5. Learn word stress and sentence stress 6. Learn proper intonation. 7. Start pronouncing words as per given symbols and stress marks. Do this under the guidance of a person who has a good knowledge of phonetics and pronunciation.

Just watch as many English videos you can watch whether it's an English movie or just a funny video on YouTube. And repeat what you listen, try to mimic the accent.
