Why we are learning english? how much should we learn?

Crazy questions...! anyway, as we all know that English is an international language so, if you want to go abroad, English is must. If we learn English, we can go and live all over the world. After all, it is a dignified language which gives us high respect in our society. English learning is a continuous process. We should keep on learning new things day by day..we should go on updating new phrases and unknown words..there is no end to learn English. English is like an ocean. So our learning should be everlasting..!

Without communication what are the other uses of English language?

I was interested in English language since I was in 6 or 7th standard and now I know the importance of english so I am learning.This was my reason and different people have different purposes. and how much we should, according to me there is no fixed criteria it's totally depends on you. there is no end of learning english. So keep learning, keep practicing English.
