If we mention time, we have to use it in simple past tense. In past tense, it is essential to mention when or at what time certain action took place. Ex..I went to Hyderabad yesterday. We had our breakfast in the morning. In the above sentences, we are mentioning when those actions took place. If an action is completed just now or if we don't know exactly when that action is happened, then we have to use present perfect tense. I have just finished my homework. We have built a new house.
