Let me explain u difference between "finish" and "complete" FINISH means to complete something or end of an activity. Ex..I have finished reading newspaper. It means I completed reading and the activity is over. COMPLETE means to make something whole or perfect. Ex.. Have you completed your application ? It means I'm asking whether the filling of all details is perfectly over or not.
