Good morning No not on caste basis but Income basis not all General are rich nor all sc and ST are poor

There are some advantages and disadvantages as well because of this quota system in our India. There is no doubt that reservation has helped the people of reserved class to improve their social and economical status. At the same time, it divides our country on the basis of caste, religion and gender. Hence, it threatens our national unity. The attempt of the government is that all the people in our country live without any discrimination on any basis. But, reservation will not let that happen. It creates the feeling of inferiority and superiority among different class of people.
