what is the difference between" does your sister" and " do your sister"?

Look at the sentence. The subject of the sentence is singular... We use does before a singular subject and do before a plural subject.. Here sister is singular, therefore it should be does.

Hello I don't know but I know do and does . I explain you ... Key Differences Between Do and Does Do is a transitive verb, which has a subject and object. ... On the other hand, does is just a conjugation of the verb 'do' which is used with a third person singular present. While we use 'do' with plural nouns such as teachers, parents, children, judges, dogs, cats etc .
