Few indicates not many, usually small in number. Ex.. There are few people who understands English. There are a few cars. We use "few" in a negative sense. Whereas, "some" indicates certain number, at least two. Ex..Some enjoy spicy food, others prefer it milder. We always use it in a positive sense.
