The phrase,"put someone into power and put someone in, here the words before and after have not been applied sequently.Isn't it necessary to put them sequently?

![]() Yes, it's a phrase. We need to put it in an order. "Put (someone) in/into power" means to give someone some degree of political power, as through election or an appointment. Ex.. I don't know how people could have put such brutal tyrant in power.
