I give you a book or giving you a book. Which one is correct.

Iam giving you a book is correct if you are giving something at that movement

What is more commonly said is, “I gave you a book” (simple past tense) or “I will give you a book" (simple future tense) or "I am giving you a book" (present continuous tense) based on which is accurate at the time you speak.
