Once you successfully sign up for Project UPER, you will have to take a short test in the beginning, followed by daily personalized learning.

You will get daily homework - to be completed in 24 hours.
You will need to be regular on the App!

At the end of the training period i.e. 25th, Oct. 2017 - you will have to give a compulsory final TEST on the App itself.

What is Project UPER?

Project UPER (Upskill Proficiency in English for Rajasthan) is a social initiative of Government of Rajasthan, launched in association with Hello English. Project UPER aims to empower the youth in Rajasthan by offering English learning through Hello English Premium App for free for 3 months.

Who is eligible to apply for Project UPER?

Students from colleges in Rajasthan are eligible to apply for Project UPER..
It is open for all government and private colleges in the state.
Students of any ‘year of study’ and ‘field of study’ can apply.

Are there any charges to register for Project UPER?

It is free for students. Also, the App works without internet once it is downloaded on the phone.

Which App to download for Project UPER?

Download HELLO ENGLISH PREMIUM App.Click here to download. It is available only for Android mobile phones.

What is the last date to register? What is the duration of the course?

Last date to register as a student for Project UPER is 21th August, 2017 It is a 3 month program.. You will study for 10 weeks, till 12th December 2017. After that, you will have to take a final Test.

What will I have to do as a student?

You will get homework everyday on the App. Your target is to complete your homework daily without fail. You will be competing against lakhs of students from all over Rajasthan.

Is there any final Test?

YES. After 13th December 2017, you will have to give a final test on the program. It will be a compulsory Test, if you want to receive a Certificate and Award at the end of Project UPER.

Are there any awards or certifications?

YES.

There will be several competitions that will be conducted on the App during the learning period (21th August, 2017 - 12th December, 2017) The details will be shared via SMS, App notification.
At the end of the training, based on final Test results and learning, top rankers will be awarded.
Certificates will be issued to all students who complete the training, i.e. study for 10 weeks and take final Test

Project UPER क्या है?

Project UPER (राजस्थान के लिए अंग्रेजी में अपस्किल प्रवीणता) राजस्थान सरकार की एक सामाजिक पहल है, जो Hello English के साथ मिलकर शुरू हुआ है। Project UPER ने राजस्थान राज्य में सभी college के छात्रों को 3 महीने के लिए मुफ्त में अंग्रेजी सीखने के लिए, Hello English मोबाइल app offer करने का लक्ष्य रखा है।

Project UPER हेतु आवेदन करने योग्य कौन है?

राजस्थान में किसी भी college में पढ़ाई करने वाले सभी छात्र, Project UPER के लिए आवेदन करने के पात्र हैं।
यह राज्य के सभी सरकारी और निजी colleges के लिए खुला है।
College के किसी भी वर्ष और क्षेत्र के छात्र आवेदन कर सकते हैं।

क्या Project UPER के पंजीकरण के लिए कोई शुल्क है?

नहीं, यह छात्रों के लिए निःशुल्क उपलब्ध है. App को download करने के बाद इंटरनेट की भी आवश्यकता नहीं होगी।

Project UPER के लिए कौन सी app डाउनलोड करनी है?

पंजीकरण करने की आखिरी तारीख क्या है? Course की अवधि क्या है?

Project UPER के लिए एक छात्र के रूप में पंजीकृत होने की अंतिम तिथि 15 अगस्त 2017 है. यह 3 माह का कार्यक्रम है. आप 25 अक्टूबर, 2017 तक 10 सप्ताह तक अध्ययन करेंगे। इसके बाद, आपको final test लेना होगा।

एक छात्र के रूप में मुझे क्या करना होगा?

आपको App पर हर रोज homework मिलेगा. आपका target अपने रोज़ के homework को पूरा करना है. आप पूरे राजस्थान से लाखों students के साथ compete करेंगे।

क्या कोई अंतिम टेस्ट है?

हाँ. 25 अक्टूबर, 2017 के बाद, आपको final test देना होगा। यह Test अनिवार्य होगा, यदि आप Project UPER के अंत में एक certificate और पुरस्कार प्राप्त करना चाहते हैं।

क्या कोई पुरस्कार या प्रमाणपत्र मिलेगा?
