Postal Vocabulary Words: 

1. Address: the particulars of the place where someone lives or an organization is situated. 
"They exchanged addresses and agreed to keep in touch" 

2. Addressee: the person to whom something is addressed. 
"The contents of the letters were calculated to cause distress to the individual addressee" 

3. Dispatch: to send off or away with promptness or speed 
"Dispatch letter" 

4. Correspondence: communication by exchanging letters. 
"The organization engaged in detailed correspondence with management" 

5. Postal code: series of letters or digits or both, sometimes including spaces or punctuation, included in postal address for the purpose of sorting mail.

6. Freight: goods transported in bulk by truck, train, ship, or aircraft.
