Former star footballer David Beckham has paid a tribute to his late grandmother Peggy.
David, who is married to singer - turned - designer Victoria Beckham, took to Instagram on Monday to post a sweet message in memory of his late grandmother, who passed away aged 83 in November 2013.
The message came on what would have been her 86th birthday, reports dailymail. co. uk.
"Today would have been my Nan's birthday someone that was so special in so many different ways to us all, " David wrote alongside a throwback image of himself along with Peggy.
"Someone that loved her family with a passion and was one of the strongest women that I know . . .
We miss you, " he added.
