Does and do both are used as a helping verb in simple present tense when there is a verb in the given sentence. Does - with he,she,it,any single name, singular noun. Ex:- She does not go anywhere on Sunday. Do - with I, we,you,they,more than one name, plural noun. Ex:- Do children like to eat icecream?
