Me - the first person singular objective pronoun, used as an object. Ex:- He gave me a book yesterday for reading. You - the second person singular and plural both objective and subjective pronoun, used as an object and a subject. For ex:- You're my favourite brother. She will surely meet you.

"Me" is a objective pronoun of first person whereas "you" is the subjective pronoun of second person.
