Have is used with I, you, we and they, while has is used with he, she and it #have is the conjugation of to have that's used when: *speaking in the 1st person ( I, We) *speaking in the 2nd person (you) *speaking in the 3rd person plural ( they) #for example, the following sentence: They have two daughters. Here, have is the correct choice because the subject subject "they" is 3rd person plural pronoun. #Has is the conjugation of to have that's used when: *speaking in the 3rd person singular (he, she and it) #for example: He has two daughters. Here, Has is the correct choice because the word "He" is 3rd person singular person.
