Drinking a lot of water in summers become a necessity as high temperature makes you sweat a lot, causing dehydration. Drinking water helps in hydrating your skin and also flush out toxic materials from the body. Always carry a water bottle and keep a check on your water intake.
3. Exfoliate -
It is important to exfoliate your skin at regular intervals to remove dead cells on the skin and keep it fresh and clean. This prevents pores from clogging and helps your skin breath easily. Exfoliation is important for smooth and clearer skin and better absorption of moisture and toners.
4. Healthy diet -
You are what you eat. Basically, your glow depends on your diet. In summers you should increase the intake of Vitamin C and cool liquid fluids. You should consume seasonal fruits and vegetables that cools down your body temperature. Coconut water is also good for hydrating yourself on a hot sunny day.
5. Minimize your makeup -
Cut down on your makeup. Applying a layer of makeup in this heat makes it uneasy for the skin to breathe. Therefore, use a minimum of makeup, like use bb cream instead of heavy foundation to keep your skin light.
